By-Law I establishes the Quranic Competition as a flagship programme with a National, Continental and Global progression. National winners qualify for the Continental level, and Continental winners qualify for the Global level.
Adjudication is carried out by qualified scholars who oversee judging independently of the chamber’s officers. The President serves as Grand Patron of the competition, a patronage role that is deliberately separate from the judging function.
This separation is structural rather than procedural: the credibility of the result depends on the scholars’ independence, so the governance of the competition keeps adjudication outside the chamber’s executive line.
Scheduling, participating chapters and published outcomes for this initiative will appear here once confirmed by the Secretariat.
